Who we are

Lucerna Web Studio is run by Maria Gubaira, a sole trader in the province of Isernia, Italy (P.IVA 00995620945). She is responsible for your data. Write to hello@lucernawebstudio.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you send us: the contact form (name, email, phone, business, website, your answers and notes), the site review form (website and email), the details you enter when you book a call, and anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you, prepare a proposal and hold the call you asked for. These are steps you request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). If you become a client, to deliver the project and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Who helps us

Resend sends the form emails, Cal.com runs the booking calendar, Netlify hosts the site, Google provides email and video calls, and Umami counts visits without cookies or personal data. Some of these companies are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records and invoices: 10 years, as Italian law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted without cookies and without identifying you. When the booking calendar opens, Cal.com may set the technical cookies it needs to work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to limit or object to its use. Write to hello@lucernawebstudio.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
